2 big coincidences that shoulda made that list:

1. Frank L. Baum’s name written on the lining of a coat bought at a thrift store for the guy in MGM’s production of The Wizard of Oz.

2. The guy who looks like Peter Griffen named Peter Griffen!

Outdoing 5th graders isn’t really my style, but getting everything right often is.

i got a b+, i’m proud, it’s been 12 years since 8th grade and i have no children to provide a refresher course.

When I was a kid, in the early sixties, movie theaters stilled showed news reels. I remember this one and no others.
I got a D+ on the quiz. A “redo” gave me a B+, for a recorded grade of C+. This was my average in science, while I got B’s and A’s in English and Social Studies. We won’t mention Math!
