The TR article was great. I also served aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt and learned much about TR the man. Here is my favorite quote from him. I think about it often when things at work get frustrating.
“It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
