Balsams are one of the top selling trees? But everyone who has seen "A Christmas Story" KNOWS those are the one that all the needles fall off of!

I rent a cottage on a former Christmas Tree farm. When evergreens are left out to pasture, they do not thrive well. Many locals sneak up to the farm and cut their own since no one is paying any attention. Joke's on them, though. Trees that aren't manicured properly by a farmer look really misshapen when put inside on a stand. But hey, free tree.
