On “Early Computing” I clicked on the link for “feature creep” aka Creeping Featuritis, about new features being added to products that sometimes causing problems. I know examples of that… My newest car (a 2006) has extra unnecessary electronic toys for me to play with.
My new electric garage door opener tells me the time, and the temperature of my garage…. Sheesh, I just want the damn door to go up and down.
FYI: it is currently 56*F in my garage. :)
