I've read a few press releases lately, which concluded that the caffiene from green tea and coffee may actually prevent skin cancer. I was intrigued by the title of your article, and thought that you could possibly do a follow up to this. Perhaps there are more concrete reports on the research and testing that is currently being done.

The husband and I went to a Japanese restaurant recently, and when I asked for hot green tea they laughed at me and brought me something called Hojicha instead. Apparently it's more authentic; it's made from roasted barley and although it's probably an acquired taste, I acquired it pretty darn quickly... although of course I already do drink a whole lot of other barley-based beverages, if you know what I mean.
