There is a large pine tree in the area near my door in my apartment complex. One day a few months ago, after having lived here three years, something about it looked strange and caught my eye as I walked by.

The managers had put a face on the tree with eyes, nose and a mouth… it’s slightly creepy but cute at the same time.
