The St. Valentine’s Day massacre was in CHICAGO, NOT North Chicago. I also contacted mysterynet.com about their error.
North Chicago is a suburb in Lake County, Illinois, nor part of the actual city of Chicago where the massacre took place (in a garage at 2122 N Clark Street).

I’ll make the correction here. There’s a lesson learned here … if you capitalize a direction, it makes a location into a proper name. Possibly the writer at Mysterynet wasn’t aware that North Chicago is an actual community.
