Ladies and gentlemen, your new mid-day diversion. We’ll post a new quiz at this time every weekday.

Taking a significantly younger wife is one of the great traditions in politics. Today we’re testing your knowledge of Washington’s more mismatched couples with the Vegas game of Over/Under.

Take the quiz: Washington’s Young Wives

  1. I answered everything backward. I thought you were supposed to select whether you thought the number given in the question was over or under the actual number…not whether the ACTUAL number was over or under the one in the question. (I’ve never played the game in Vegas, so I guess I needed better instructions!)

  2. Eek. I did the same thing, bre.

  3. 56%, which ain’t great, but its better than the average. This was a tough one!

  4. Reading the instructions again, I think it was scored backwards.

  5. I think the quiz was scored just fine. (not backwards i mean…not my score, which was 56%…not fine.)

  6. Sorry about the confusion, but the quiz was scored correctly. We tweaked the directions a bit to make things clearer, but obviously you all need to hit Vegas more often. C’mon what are you doing with your money: saving it?

  7. I thought I had a healthy gambling habit (shout-out to Caeser’s Indiana!), but I suppose I’m partial to slots and the occasional blackjack. ;-) Clearly I need to avoid the actual Over/Under at all costs.
