In reality we all know that the NY Giants do not need Hypotherm (oh however you spell it)to win but aside from that I loved the article about the synthetic trees. We should manufacture them by the millions and export them to India and China.
May be we can get out of this recession???????????

Actually, hypothermia is also a good thing when you're watching your favorite football team lose the Super Bowl. Many New Englanders would have been spared months of recovery from this traumatic event if they'd only been able to watch the game in the frigid air of Gillette Stadium. (Also, New England probably would have won, since their offensive line always holds better when their spines are frozen.)

actually the induced hypothermia is also being used in Prehospital (think paramedics) by using cooled IV fluids for help in resuscitation of cardiac arrest patients or at least keeping damage to a minimum till they reach the hospital.

I don't buy into the synthetic tree business. Let's just replant the trees we've cut down.
