I just didn’t want anyone taking the site too seriously; there’s enough misinformation about the Church swirling around these days already.

Hey Bob – I went to Catholic school for 10 years and took the site as tongue-in-cheek entertainment (since all religions have their oddities), but I can see for the uninitiated it might be taken as too much truth – sorry about that. Heed Bob’s disclaimer!

Just so everyone knows, Saints and Relics is an anti-Catholic site that presents the practices and teachings of the Catholic Church out of context. They do cite Catholic sources, but only fragments of these are quoted, and their true meaning is often distorted. The authors of the site are entitled to their opinions, but if nothing else their continual reference to the Church as a “cult” might indicate that this is not the place to find an accurate articulation of the Catholic faith.

Sorry to disappoint, but I heard “BA” and saw “GA”, no “DA” for the life of me. Now the next 146 people have to disagree. (2% of 150 = 3. I know, I’m a math nerd, sorry.)
