T. Coleman Andrews. Mr. Andrews (a Democrat) was Commissioner for the first 33 months of the Eisenhower Administration, stated the following in an article for U.S. News & Report, May 25, 1956:

It sound great but painful. If this still exist it good. so i say keep it up. Every body as civilian have to pay his or her tax.

What about Abner “Longy” Zwillman?
He is probably most infamous Jewish Mobster and he helped organize the national crime syndicate.
He was also not a huge fan of paying taxes.
