I’ve been to the recording of WWDTM twice. It’s great fun! Peter and Carl were awesome. It was also really cool to experience the taping, and then later hear the way it was edited together in the end. Great interview!

Great interview! I’m sad to say that I’m not a listener of NPR, but I’m intrigued by The Book of Vice. Sounds facinating. I will have to add it to my book Wish List.

I loved this quote:

“The one thing that I didn’t put strongly in the book [is that] the only thing I’m against is somebody saying that you’re bad or wrong because you don’t like this. I think people should have the freedom to do whatever they want as long as they don’t hurt anybody.”

Because it made me think of the comments on the “Deal Breaker Book” article.

I love WWDTM too! Attended their show in Birmingham, AL in February. They are as great live as on radio. All their panelists are great…I am amazed by their wit. And of course Peter and Karl!
I agree whoever does not listen to the show is missing out on loads of laughs. I listen to their old shows (even ones I have listened to before) while at work. Keeps me smiling and many times on verge of bursting into laughter!!

JaneM: Paula is hilarious, but only if she stays away from her political rants. When she gets serious about her views on occasion, she can go on for several minutes and nobody can find something funny to add. It sucks the mojo out of the show. Thankfully she has not done that for several months.

Sam: Are you from Philly? There is a guy on the San Jose Sharks board who goes by Sam that sounds exactly like you.

I don’t get to listen to WWDTM on the radio often, so I download the free podcast each week. Then I can listen to it at my convenience.

WWDTM is coming to a city near me in May, but unfortunately, I can’t go. My son has a school concert the same night. I considered skipping the concert, it’s not often to get the opportunity to see WWDTM live after all. But parental responsibility took over. Maybe next time.
