@fixedgear
I don't what your purpose is in having a website, but if your attitude is always as it is towards Melanie (the author of Dietriffic), you'll never get anywhere.

Also, Melanie agreed that biking was a good idea, which she did not deliberately omit. However, for some, cycling to work could be extremely stressful. Cycling through cars, buses, and trucks, isn't exactly something which is pleasant and stress-free for everyone. Particularly if it's raining.

Being so patronising about the way she replies to comments, is extremely sad. However, it probably explains why no one comments on your blog.

@Lauren
It's a tip, and strangely, not all tips apply to everyone. If you can't avoid rush hour, fair enough. But, as someone commented on the article, their boss allows them to arrive in at 9:15am instead of 9am. Being able to arrive a little later, shaves 20 minutes from their commuting time.

I don't know your circumstances, but you might be able to make some arrangement with your boss to suit.

I love that "Avoid Rush Hour" is a tip to reduce commuting stress. That's rich. I'm going to wave my magic flexible work hours wand at my boss and coast down Candy Cane Lane to Happytown, because that's where I live.

If we all avoided rush hour, there would be no rush hour in the first place!!

Lists are cool, and lists posts are ok, but.....

Linking to a blog post that talks about ways to reduce commuting stress without mentioning bike commuting is lame.

The blogger also responds to every comment (what a lovely idea!).
