Re: #4, that might be partially incorrect: the human (and other mammalian?) liver can regenerate back to its normal size. Then again, it can’t fully regenerate if reduced to nearly nothing or diseased; so antlers can claim the sole title, assuming it grows back if completely or nearly cut off…
