Sports movies can be great, but when featuring a real-life team, sometimes they can awkwardly rewrite history. So sometimes it’s just easier to make up a team. We found 10 great fictional teams from the movies. Can you match the fictional athlete to their fictional team?

  1. Um… Reggie Dunlop is wrong. His actual team isn’t one of the choices: The Charlestown Chiefs.

  2. Shenanigans! Reggie Dunlop played for the Charlestown Chiefs. The writer’s brother played for the Johnstown Jets in real life. That’s how she got the idea for the story. Good call on using Newman’s character though. Arguably the best sports movie of all time. You should have used Ogie Oglethorpe though, that would have been much tougher.
