While we’re not suggesting that you leave Rover alone at home while you jet-set across the globe, this ingenious Japanese pet feeder from Travelizmo could come in super handy if you ever get stuck on the road. Apparently, the cleverly-titled Pet Phone Food Dispenser is exactly what it sounds like: you call in a pre-programmed number, and the machine spits out a bunch of dry food for your fuzz-ball to chow down on. Even better, it’s got a built-in speaker and microphone so that you can share some dinner conversation with Fido from the road. Of course, if your pup is anywhere near as sharp as mine was (I’m guessing he is), he’ll find a way to rip into the box, tear through a week’s worth of food, bury the evidence under a bed, and then act really, really sorry when you get back.
