  2. Kentucky doesn’t have that license plate anymore. Nobody liked the sun and put stickers over its face.

  3. I see the Maryland plate at least once a day and I still got it wrong. I like the KY plate. But I can see someone who is trying to maintain a tough guy persona not liking a big smiley sun.
