I’m heavily into trivia about the 50 states, and this question seems to stump a lot of people. It would probably stump me if I weren’t the one asking it:

Which two U.S. states
share the longest border?

  1. this one wasn’t nearly as hard as the last couple. I was expecting something more tricky, but if you know anything about u.s. states its a given it would be california and texas, they are the 2nd, 3rd largest states.

  2. Wow…I finally got one of these answers!

  3. I would feel smart for actually guessing right, but I lived about 25 miles from that border for the first 18 years of life. It goes a lot farther than people think.

I live in Lawton, OK, about 30 minutes from the river. It’s seriously long–you’re right that people don’t realize that.

  5. Hooray! I actually got this one right off the bat.

Oh, and my recaptcha is “Hungarian despotism” :)

  6. I got that wrong. I thought that California and Oregan was the right answer.

  7. I guessed Montana/Idaho because it winds around so much…shoulda looked at a map.
