His chocolate Fender Telecaster is equpped with a Gene Parsons B-bender - a device that allows for &quot;pedal-steel&quot; effects. The device is set into the body and connects the upper guitar strap knob to the B string. One pulls on the strap, causing the bender to pull on the B string thereby raising its pitch.

Page rarely uses a whammy bar, having only one guitar equipped with one - a blue Fender Stratocaster.</description>
