Many doctors actually use Palm/hand Reading to determine ailments such as anemia, lack of calcium, diet disorders, acid reflux, vitamen A toxicity, and more. There are markings on the hands that show connections to reproductive organs, liver, intenstines , joint issues not necessarily on the knuckles, as well.

As for the cheese-o-mancy, of course its true. Apparently it works by offering pieces of cheese to a rat, rodent, or other cheese-eating animal, with each piece of cheese being the represention of something else. I looked it up and sure enough – Tiromancy is a form of divination that seeks to know the future by examining how curds form during cheesemaking. Also spelled tyromancy.
It is commonly referred to as the art of divining the future through the study of mouldy cheese.
