ANSWER: THREE would be used more. The easiest way to understand this is to remember that all one hundred thousand of the numbers between 300,000 and 399,999 will contain at least one three. This isn’t true with seven, since the numbers end at 777,777.

  2. 3’s ’cause you’re seeing the 777,777 only in the middle of the 700,000’s you’ve already seen all the 300,000’s and stuff.
