I live in Mount Shasta City, at the base of Mount Shasta on the west side. On our side the snow pack looks like it may not be there in September. The east, which was in the picture they had for the article, doesn’t get as much sun as the west.

To whoever found the epMotion ad – that’s hilarious! As a scientist who works in a lab (and who has a machine that does the same thing from a competitor…sh), that video made me feel dirty. Ew. But the whole lab appreciated the link – thanks mental_floss.
