		<description>I agree. There are several British orders that the queen gives.  But you have to be a British citizen (and swear an oath to the crown) to be officially a knight or a dame.  

Also, I got the Robert Mugabe of Nigeria question wrong because I knew that Mugabe had been knighted (Nigeria is a former British commonwealth) but I forgot that he was stripped of the title.</description>
