Another product I’m not entirely sure how I feel about…

handsfree_umbrella.jpgI saw this hands-free umbrella at OhGizmo, and since I’ve become the official go-to umbrella guy here (I’ve somehow ended up reporting on all things umbrella), I figured this post only made sense. And looking at the photo, I was immediately impressed. The over-the-shoulder umbrella holder makes life simpler when you’ve got a ton of things to carry, and retails for just $11.99 at Miles Kimball. In fact, it’s one of those simplicities that I look at and wonder, “why didn’t I think of that?” Of course, while I’m sure it’s tremendously effective against a light drizzle or a beating sun, I’m not sure how easy it’d be to wield during a genuine thunderstorm. Particularly, if you’ve got a bad shoulder. For those still interested in picking up something I didn’t invent, click here to purchase!
