  1. I actually did the magazine sales thing for a while when I was 17. Nobody checked my ID or anything. I was terrible at it. I finally escaped by stealing the hotel key, hitchhiking back to the hotel, getting my things, taking some money and hitting the road.
    That way, they didn’t suspect anything ’til they came to pick me up from my territory. By the time they got back to the hotel it was too late.
