When Siskel and Ebert started reviewing movies, two could go to the theater for near $5. What a great ride. While I admit Siskel annoyed me a bit, I respected his reviews. Sometimes I didn't know where Ebert was coming from, but generally agreed with him. It was not until Roeper came along that I knew when I heard his review, I knew whether to go see that movie. His tastes are in tune with mine. I hear Roeper has something else in the works. I'll keep an eye out.
