		<description>i used one of those automated public toilets when i was in france in 1999. you had to pay to use it but it was worth it. the cleanest bathroom i had ever been in, also the smallest. my guess is that&#039;s how it stayed so clean no homeless lived in it, it wasn&#039;t big enough for drug deals or other illicit activity. apparently this is why new york had such a hard time with it. the company had to supply handicap stalls and being as they were bigger they could afford room for people living in them, drug deals etc...</description>
