Just a quick note on the election of the deceased Missouri senator Mel Carnahan that was pointed out earlier in the comments. Due to his untimely demise in a small plane crash, it was to late to remove him from the Missouri ballots. Instead, it was made clear to Missourians that to elect him meant that we were actually electing his wife, a formidable woman who definitely earned her stripes in the Senate. Yes, elect a dead man, you get his wife instead.

I saw The BODY display in Cleveland and it was by far the most interesting thing I have ever seen. It was absolutely amazing, but I never thought about the possibility of the bodies not being willfully donated. Hopefully that wasn’t the case, but this article definitely made me think.

Coeli, actually we don’t convert your body after you die. There is vicarious work done FOR the dead … Sorry to burst your bubble.

We don’t deal with corpses. And every soul is free to accept or reject the temple work that we do.
