In Search of the Mongolian Death Worm. Reported to be between two and five feet long, the deep-red coloured worm is said to resemble the intestines of a cow and sprays a yellow acidic saliva substance at its victims. Yeah, right.

I scored an 8… was hoping for a 0, though!

I got a 12 on the color test. After awhile, the middle chips all start to look exactly alike!
I have a headache now. ;-)

91 on the color test. Further confirmation of my colorblindness.

Ouch. I got an 82 on the color hue test.

I can’t believe it, but i got a perfect zero on the color hue test!! I do work with layout and design on a daily basis, so I assume that practice helped me out. But still, I’m so proud of myself!

I got the same score (0) that I did when I took this test in person at the Johnson O’Connor lab during my aptitude testing five years ago. The score on that test had no bearing on my final analysis, though- color skills were nowhere near needed in any of the suggested career paths. My other aptitudes were stronger. My sister, on the other hand, also got a perfect score on this one, and combined with her other unique skill set, they suggested she look into interior design. Goes both ways.

Got an 8 on the test, not too bad considering my girlfriend gives me strange looks for color combinations. :)
I should send that to her actually.

Got a 4 on the Hue test!!! I actually want to know where I screwed up – I’d be willing to bet it has more to do with the crappy monitor I’m on here at work than my perception though.

the lion story reminded me of the book “Life of Pi”…I love that book and recommend all to read it. Liked it much better than LOTR…never understood the hype about LOTR. Only character in it that I liked is Gollum. Sorry for the rant. Totally unrelated to this post. Guess I had to get it out.

I got a 4 on the Hue test. =)

I got a zero on the hue test, too. It was pretty fun. I almost had to do it without thinking and unfocus my eyes so I could see the entire gradient instead of concentrating on individual color blocks.

I got a 0 too.
I had to email my wife to let her know she was wrong ALL of those times we were picking out colors. :)

Got a 4 on the hue test. I missed the four right in the middle of the blue-green section.
@ septer: Life of Pi was a really good book.

Yay — I got a 0 on the hue test! I work in advertising and design, although I’m not an art director, so was pleased with my score.
I don’t know about others, but when they were in the correct order, they almost seemed to have diagonal movement from lower left to upper right.
Maybe I’m just nuts.

I got a 12, and I’m pretty happy with that. I would like to try this once I’m at home where my monitor is better though. I kept squinting at a few of them and I could tell something wasn’t right, but every time I moved the colors looked different on my work monitor!!

I got a 22, good enough for me.

I got a perfect score on the hue test! Never again can anyone challenge my judgment on paint chips! Muahaha! Like Kelsey my eyes just sort of unfocused on their own and that made things much easier.

I got a 0 on the hue test as well, though I had to adjust the brightness of my monitor.

I got a 10! I´m actually not very well pleased as I work in fashion… Hehe! Anyway, I´m retaking the darn thing on a better monitor just in case…

All but two commenters so far scored better than I did on the color test. I blame it on your ages.
