You can keep your Timeses and Tribunes. I’d rather get my news from a paper with a more unusual name, like the ones in today’s quiz. Match the paper name with the city it covers.

  1. I’m glad I got 15/15, since I work for a newspaper (not one of the ones listed here, though).

  2. My degree in Journalism probably helped, but I was 13/15 – flip-flopping Indy & Newark. Ugh.

  3. My degree in Journalism probably helped me score a 13/15 too. I messed up Indianapolis and San Jose.

Fun fact about the Times-Picayune. Picayune means paltry or not work much. Although the paper is named after a second definition. A picuyne is also a Spanish coin equal to about 6 cents, the former going price of the paper.

  4. “not WORTH much,” as opposed to “not WORK much.”

  5. 15/15…makes me a good PR person!

  6. No journalism background here…traveling to most of the cities on this list netted me a cool 13/15 though (got Austin and San Jose backwards)

  7. Ha! I DO work for one of the papers listed and I only got a 7.. Whoops.
