I love these- my younger brother has been wanting to learn how to play for a long time, but I'm not home to teach him. I'll have to send these along!

@ Tuning in next week To strum less than 6 strings, if you have a hard time hitting only the desired strings or if one of the strings you wish to omit is located in the center of the strum, you can try a couple things. If you have a free finger, lightly place the finger over the string (or strings) you don't want in the chord. If you have no free fingers you can employ one of your already-used fingers by gently touching a neighboring string. Either of these methods should work to mute the string that you wish to omit.

Hopefully that helps; sometimes it's not the notes you play but the notes you DON'T play that really make a chord beautiful.

Aaaaargh! Another cliffhanger! :)

I've been waiting anxiously for the part where someone gives some unfathomably enlightening tip about strumming less than six stringed chords. Looking at a guitar tab for this song, it just might be explained *next* week...

Well, back to lurking. Oh, and I *am* watching these religiously, so don't let them go away. ;)
