My favorite was to fill two powder-free latex gloves with water and freeze. Then duct-tape the eyes and nose of a plastic Halloween mask shut and pour water in it to freeze as well. Then when all are frozen (she said about 2 days later) and removed from their molds, float in a bowl of blood-red punch. It looks so much like someone's coming up out of the bowl it's freaky!
