Here’s a number as it might appear on an LCD readout, but the last digit is missing. What IS the final digit in this number? And why?

HERE is the solution.
HA…well played sir…I felt dumb after thinking about it for a little bit.

On the other hand, way down in the expansion of pi:

Cheer up, it had to happen.

Finally! I figured this one out easily and I haven’t had coffee yet! A lifetime of insomnia and staring at the alarm clock has finally come in handy!

The next number is 8 because it has 7 little bars….the previous ones have 6, 4 3 2etc in reverse order.

I thought the dash at the beginning was the missing number so I thought of 3, because upside down it would have spelled the name Ashlie.

Sorry – Starting from the dash on the left each of the numbers is made of of one more bar than the number before it.
The dash is one bar, 1 is two bars, 7 is three bars, etc.
