		<description>Great information.  In regard to the first topic I would venture to guess a lot of the traffic accidents are caused by people driving to the polls who seldom drive otherwise.  I also wouldn&#039;t be surprised to hear that is the case regardless of whether it is a presidential election or not.</description>
