Problems with the History Book Special? I Can Help You With That!

Cust Serv 2.pngIt’s come to our attention that a few people have been having problems with the History Book Preorder Special that we ran through Amazon. If you’re worried about your free half-year subscription, stop fretting! Just identify your problem below, and we’ll let you know exactly how to deal with it.

I’M HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY AMAZON ORDER:

If you preordered the book before October 28th, but haven’t received an e-mail from Amazon about your free subscription, or you had trouble with the links and instructions in the e-mail they sent out, then e-mail us your problem at info01@mentalfloss.com here. Just put “Help me with my Amazon problem!” in the subject line, and we’ll handle it.

Not sure that your current subscription got extended properly? Tell us about it at info01@mentalfloss.com here. Just put “Help me with my subscription!” and we’ll sort it out quickly.

  1. Just wanted to say I didn’t have any problems. The folks at Amazon sent me an email about a week after I got the book in the mail and the link to get the 6 month subscription worked great. They say the first issue won’t come until January but that’s ok because who can complain when we got a terrific book and 6 free issues of the best magazine around. Thanks Mental Floss. I remain a loyal Flossie.
