I was listening to The Beatles’ Let It Be album recently, and a puzzle came to mind. If you aren’t familiar with the album, all you need for this puzzle are the song titles, which is easy to find. But two of these songs were huge hits, so try it without the list first.

Each of the following five boxes represent the title of a song on the Let It Be album. Can you decipher them? Good luck!

Let It Be

HERE are the solutions.

  1. More of these, please.

  2. more! more! more!!!!

    This was awesome!

Try one for sgt. peppers next!

  3. I love these puzzles!!

  4. I got two without the list, two more with the list, but I don’t get TEG = Get Back. What’s up with that?

  5. Shouldn’t it be: 909 1?

910 is One after nine, oh.

Get Backward is kinda awkward, although I can’t think of an alternative.

  6. Right, Bassman — 910 is one after 909.

And Gus, “Get Back” is just the word “GET” backwards.

Thanks for the kind comments, folks. It’s nice to know that I hit a homer occasionally!

  7. very cool puzzle :)

  8. Loved it!

So disappointed in myself for having to look a the song list after only getting the 2 hits. I also think 9091 would have made more sense vivually.

I say do Abbey Road – best Beatles album, IMO. Or the White Album.

I love The Beatles, but do other classic albums too!

  9. Visually – I meant!
