Since beards grow at about 1/2 an inch a month -6 inches a year, this guy grew his beard for about 12 years.

There was Hans Langseth, a guy from Norway. Singh, has a lot of growing to do to catch up with the late Norwegian Hans Langseth whose beard was 17.5 feet long. 11 feet longer than this guy's- grown for 30+ years.

The world record in broad jumping was set by Norwegian too,(Arne Tvervaag, who jumped 3.71 metres in 1968) and stands to this day.

I read another interesting story once about a mischievous octopus. The story is similar: crabs kept disappearing from one tank overnight. When they set up a camera, they discovered that one octopus would wait until everyone was gone at night, then he would climb out of his tank, crawl over to the crab tank, climb in and eat a couple crabs, then make the trek back to his own tank before morning.

So, why don't they turn the light out for him?

Aww that story about Otto the Octopus was adorable! When I was a kid, the octopus was always my favorite animal to go see at the zoo. They're much more intelligent than people would think!
