Happy Thanksgiving Michael. I hope you get a lot of hits but I'll be somewhere that there isn't internet.

Go Seahawks (I'm assuming here since you are from the Northwest)

This might be good for people who live outside the US and miss Thanksgiving. (I live in NZ, but don't miss Thanksgiving).

In any case, the thermometer bit is cool!

Hey Pam! It's about more than just sharing our turkey cooking; we try to share our celebration and encourage others to share theirs by posting pictures to our site.

If you stop by, please let us know by hopping in the chat room, and we'll toast you for checking it out. If not, I hope you enjoy the Big Bang Theory, from what I've seen, it's a pretty cute show.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Oh, goody. We get to watch someone else's meat cook! With graphs and everything! Gee whiz, fellas! What's next? Ice melting or paint drying? Too bad for me, I'll be too busy watching my own bird cook. But you all go on and have fun with out me. I can make up for missing out by watching my Season 1 DVDs of the Big Bang Theory.

Thanks for the plug, Chris.

Just a slight correction. The graph shown above is actually from a test run with a chicken we did a few weeks ago. Cooking a turkey that quickly in a smoker would be a pretty impressive feat.

I hope we'll see many Mental Floss readers on Thursday!
