@Groovy Take a look at the ZAP Alias this that will be coming out next year: 100MPH speed and extended 100 mile range and definitely affordable at 31 k. You can get 3 for the price of one Tesla.

Why cant Detroit mass produce a more affordable version of the Tesla Roadster that doesn’t need to go 0-60 is 3.9sec’s (I heard that they’re not raising the speed limits any time soon)and costs $30k – $40k??

C’mon winning Powerball ticket. This car would offset my horrible carbon footprint from my 4×4 pick up.

I wonder how, here in PA, the local grease monkey would be able to give the yearly state inspection on this bad boy.

Great car and nice to see such performance from an electric car. Some more unique styling would be nice. The car looks great but if a Tesla blew past you at 60mph it could be easy to mistake it for a Lotus Elise.

My only questions would be how long will it hold a full charge when not being operated? Can I fully charge the battery and slowly use up the power over say a 2 week period?
