Lee Redmond (65) of Utah is making her debut in this year’s Guinness Book of World Records with her recordbreaking 24 ft 7 inch fingernails. She’s been growing them since 1979 (the year I was born). The secret to her nails’ strength? Treating them with olive oil and nail hardener.

And even though there’s no relation between this Lee and Lee Press On, that’s no reason not to look back at a commercial for the fake nail fad of 20 yrs ago.
