Here’s one for all you fans of college football and corporate sponsorship.

In addition to the FedEx BCS National Championship Game, there are 33 college bowl games this year. How many can you name in 8 minutes? You can either give the full name, with the sponsor (”San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl”) or just the game (”Poinsettia Bowl”). Though in some cases, the sponsor’s name is the bowl’s name (”Champs Sports Bowl”). Good luck!

  1. This quiz is actually missing one bowl. The BCS National Championship Game is considered a bowl.

  2. I got Sugar, Cotton, Rose, and Orange.

So as far as I’m concerned, I got them all.

  3. @ Rich:

It says in the directions: “In addition to the FedEx BCS National Championship Game, there are 33 college bowl games this year.”

    So it includes it.

  4. The world ‘bowl’ looks really funny after you repeat it so many times.

Also — LSU whupped up on Georgia Tech in this year’s Chick-Fil-A Bowl (aka the Peach Bowl). Geaux Tigers!
