Incidentally, particularly bubbly (in the glass) bubblies are actually not a good thing. Seeing bubbles in the glass rising up means that you’re seeing carbonation escaping which is a bad thing and thus not a good quality of carbonation. What you want to see are no bubbles escaping in a carbonated alcoholic beverage, it should appear to have no bubbles until it is disturbed by drinking or moving it. Try it next time you get a higher quality of beer on tap against a cheaper brew.
