  1. Missed Chester Arthur, John Tyler and Grover Cleveland – and I even said to myself when I read the description “43rd people have been President, but Cleveland was President twice, so that’s why Obama is #44.” I’m not sure how I forgot that one click later.

  2. Well, if you count David Rice Atchison, there would be 44 (See Stacy Conradt’s January 16, 2009 mental floss post for details).

Of course, this is a fun bar bet: “Barack 0bama is our 44th President, I’ll bet nobody hear can name 44 different US Presidents!”

  3. When we first posted this, I received two or three very passionate emails from people complaining that we didn’t require you to enter Grover Cleveland twice. If we were to count Mr. Atchison, I’d have to get an intern to start opening my mail.

  4. typing John Adams doesn’t work. What a quiz…

  5. Typing John Adams works fine.

  6. all 43, under 5 minutes, in order. I am the man.

Anyone who wants to do this read “YO, millard filmore.” That book will set you up to impress your friends with this stuff.

  7. I would love to see a Quiz on Kids in the Hall! Not that I could answer them… it’s been a really long while since I saw any of the episodes but I love them just the same and it should be fun.

  8. All 43 in 3:57. Not in order though. Gonna give the nod to Nathan.

  9. Buchanan, Arthur, and Hoover. Argh.

  10. I got 42 and wait, wait, wait….who is this Zachary Taylor fellow? No way he was a pres…damn.
