Wow… I won, OMG! I like Michael’s scholarship also because after my husband died I went to college at the same school but I was older than my husband so for me it was “returning” to school which meant sharing classes with kids 10 years+ younger than me.

While they were worrying about what club to hit that weekend, I was worrying about surviving and raising my son (who was one) by myself.

Thanks to mental_floss, love the site (but I’m sure you guys know that already, ha).
