RE Kate, I think you mean ‘fermata’ and I love that idea!
I’ve been waiting for a mental floss shirt with a picture of a brain and a piece of floss going between lobes. Could just say “I floss.” Surely this idea has come up before, though?

I know you already have a T shirt featuring Alaska, but I think you should make one for the Aleutian Islands with the caption “It’s not an optical Aleutian” or something along those lines. Or maybe a picture of an optometrist’s shop named Optical Aleutians: Where the natives shop. Endless possibilities really.

I think winners of the t-shirt designs should receive certificates of inspiration for their contributions. I only suggest this because if *I* had a contribution that won, and I saw someone wearing a shirt I designed, I would want to prove I designed it.
…and who wouldn’t want another certificate to hang on their office wall?

How about a big, fat pi symbol in American flag colors.
Below are the words, “Bye, bye Ms. American Pi…”

I agree with Tiffany. Some sort of ceritificate would be great and would add to the bragg-ability for the winners. Also, the winners should get a free t-shirt with their design once it is produced.
How soon will you announce the winners? I submitted-

How about a group of people sitting around a projector, the slide on the screen has a hunk of cheese and “You can eat anything with enough cheese”.
