I would also recommend Other People's Money. Though not technically about shenanigans, it does give some insight into corporate takeovers and their consequences.

Every time I watch Trading Places, I am haunted by the despair in Don Ameche's voice as his words "Turn those machines back on!" echoes through the empty trading floor.

Danny Devito as a cutthroat corporate raider who sprouts a heart in the end.

Really? Boiler Room is on the list and Glengarry Glen Ross is not?
If you think that Boiler Room is good, then see GGR. Boiler Room looks like a child's crayon drawing in comparison.

And it's not even close.

But you gotta respect "Boiler Room" for portraying both Ben Affleck and Vin Diesel as total D-bags. I'm guessing they didn't have to "dig hard" for those roles.

Ummmm... Boiler Room is just a low-rent knock-off of Glengarry Glen Ross. I'm not how you make a list like this without it.

Financial shenanigans? How could you forget Brewster's Millions. Sure, it's not about stocks and bonds and the like, but watching a man spend thirty million in a month will always be entertaining.

When I saw the title of this post, I immediately thought of "Barbarians at the Gate." It's not a very well known movie, but excellent all the same. Now I have the itch to see it again!
