		<description>Interesting post. It would be interesting to observe if there is a pattern of less cases of cancer in populations that have been eating capsaicin based diets (which would include pepper I guess) for longer.

And about the bad taste.. there are many varieties of chili. In Peru, where I come from, we use chili for flavor not for its hotness, because they can give a great flavor without causing pain at all. In fact most of our dishes have different varieties of chili in them, if not all :)</description>
