		<description>If I remember correctly, I watched a program on J Edgar Hoover not too long ago that more or less indicated that when he was working at the LC he came across personal information on high ranking officials that may have helped in his meteoric rise to head of the FBI, which he continued to collect throughout his ridiculously long term as head of said bureau.</description>
