I hate to bring bad news but this is not that long of a train. I use to work at BNSF railway in Chicago and they run 10,000 ft (~1.8 miles) trains to California and back. It is always amazing (also to the degree of disbelief) to see one of these roll out or in. It is massive and when I first saw one leaving my yard, with the Sears tower in the background, I thought the Sears tower was moving and the train was standing sill. You gotta respect the trains...

I CANNOT WAIT!
I always look forward to my bi-monthly dose of mental_floss.
My magazine always comes on seemingly random days, though I think that is just because I don't keep track of when it is suppose to come.

I love surprises.
Especially mental_floss surprises.
It brightens my day whenever I get it!
