Oh no! My poor choice of phrasing has lead to a pun off. I am suitably cowed.

By the way, the highlight of the butter museum was a screening room showing Kerrygold adverts from the 60s and 70s. My favourite showed a mountain of cheddar being matured to the sound of harps played by beautiful Irish girls. One of the musicians then uses her harp to slice a block of cheese.

Oh, come on. anyone could rise to that pun. Dairy punning can be milked for hours. my only fear is that this will spread uncontrollably.

I've been to the Butter Museum in Cork, which was very, um, creamy? It was a weird mix of really dull and utterly fascinating.

I was very disappointed to find they had no gift shop, because I really wanted to send postcards shaped like hot buttered toast.

Some (and yes, my ancestry is English) would say that any museum preserving British history is, de facto, strange.
